By creating an AmaFiles workspace you agree to use the platform lawfully and only for content you have the right to store and process. You remain responsible for the accuracy of information you upload and for reviewing AI-generated output before relying on it — especially financial, legal, tender and compliance documents.

AI features assist your team; they do not replace professional advice and do not by themselves make your organisation compliant with any law or regulation. Human confirmation is required for consequential actions such as submissions, signatures and external sending.

We provide the service on a commercially reasonable efforts basis. Either party may terminate with reasonable notice; on termination you may export your documents in standard formats during a wind-down period.
