AmaFiles processes your information to provide document management, AI workspace and related services. Each organisation's data is strictly isolated by tenant — one organisation can never access another's documents, Company Brain, conversations or records.

Account details (name, email), uploaded documents and AI interactions are stored securely and used only to operate your workspace. AI features process document content through the configured provider to generate classifications, summaries and answers; retrieved context is always limited to documents you are authorised to access.

Audit trails record significant actions for compliance. You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information at any time via the in-app governance workflow or by contacting us.
